  • Hypnosis Recordings

    These hypnosis recordings were created by Hypnotherapist, and founder of The Happy Hub, Lilli Hay to help you overcome your everyday stressors. Having a bad body image day? Feeling anxious or stressed? Struggling with sleep? These hypnosis recordings have got you covered! Hypnosis is simply a deeper style of meditation - don't worry, I can't make you cluck like a chicken!

  • Meditation Library and 14 Day Meditation Guide

    Not only do we have a jam packed Meditation Library but we actually have a 14 day meditation guide which teaches you all about meditation, how to create your own practice AND each day you have a different style of meditation to try - because sitting and breathing isn't for everyone, and that's okay!

  • Pilates, Yoga and Recipes . . . Movement & Nourishment!

    Body movement and nourishing food - do I need to say more? The Yoga, Pilates and Recipes in this membership have all been consciously created by incredible & inspiring women who I am so proud to highlight in this space. By moving and fueling your body gently and with kind intentions, you are telling your subconscious mind that you are worth it.

  • Do you upload more content?

    Absolutely! New, fresh content will be added all the time. Make sure you're in our Facebook page to know when new content is dropped.

  • I've never done hypnosis before - I'm worried it won't work on me?

    You are certainly not alone there - before doing hypnosis, everyone thinks that! However, hypnosis (at least the type we have in The Happy Hub!) is just a state of relaxation that allows you to make changes at a subconscious level - think of it like a deep meditation. If you have ever day dreamed, been 'off with the fairies' or even just felt very relaxed - then you can get into hypnosis. Because it does relax you so much, we recommend doing it just as you wake up in the morning or when you are going to bed.

  • I'm a total Yoga and Pilates amateur - will I be able to do the classes?

    Hey, we all are at some point! The classes are made to suit all levels however if something feels too difficult then we highly recommend taking an easier variation or simply taking a water break and slowing down. As with everything, take it at your own pace - don't be hero!

  • Do the recipes cater for dietary requirements?

    The recipes in The Happy Hub have been designed to promote a balanced, whole food style of nourishment - we think, eat in a way that feels good for you! To each recipe we have added suggestions and alternatives for GF, VEG and VGN to cater for as many people as possible.
