What to Expect

Firstly, Lilli takes you through exactly what meditation is and explains everything you need to know to get started creating your practice. 

Then, each day for 14 days you will listen to a guided meditation - each day is a different style/technique of meditation so you get to know what you like, what you don't like and what you would like to incorporate into your practice! 

From here, you will have the chance to create your own practice with resources provided to you!

FAQ

  • I'm not good at meditating - will I be able to do this?

    You will absolutely be able to do this - there's no right or wrong way to meditate and you will be guided all throughout this 14 day guide.

  • How long do I have to meditate for?

    In your own practice, you can meditate for however long you want - 5 minutes is enough some days! Each of these guided meditations will be between 10-15 minutes long.

  • What if I can't stop thinking while I meditate?

    You will always have thoughts while meditating - you're a human being! The goal isn't to get rid of thoughts but to simple return your attention back to your breath when you notice you are in a thought loop.
