Tascha Macchia is the founder of Wilda Personal Training Studio in Byron Bay. The catch phrase at Wilda is 'Focussing on movement for longevity & health, first and foremost' - and that is exactly why I am so proud to have Tascha apart of The Happy Hub. FAQ

  • I'm a total beginner, can I still do the classes?

    Absolutely, everyone is welcome here! You can always make adjustments to suit your fitness level and we highly recommend taking breaks if you need to, sipping on water and listening to your bodies cues.

  • Do I need any equipment?

    Just you, a mat and a water bottle (and maybe a towel to wipe those sweat beads away). If you are a familiar with pilates and would like to use some equipment in the classes, please feel free to add in what you would like!

  • How do I know which class to pick?

    Under each pilates class video there will be a description of what the class is focussing on and you should be able to make a decision from there as to what feels good for your body in that moment. Incorporate them into your weekly movement routine and you will notice the effects both physically and mentally.
