Absolutely, everyone is welcome here! You can always make adjustments to suit your fitness level and we highly recommend taking breaks if you need to, sipping on water and listening to your bodies cues.
Just you, a mat and a water bottle (and maybe a towel to wipe those sweat beads away). If you are a familiar with pilates and would like to use some equipment in the classes, please feel free to add in what you would like!
Under each pilates class video there will be a description of what the class is focussing on and you should be able to make a decision from there as to what feels good for your body in that moment. Incorporate them into your weekly movement routine and you will notice the effects both physically and mentally.
