Alice Bleathman is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with an undeniable passion for food and mental health. Alice speaks often about her experience with mental health and the positive impact meditation, movement, and good food has on her mental health journey. Alongside working as an online private practise dietitian in her business, Alice loves teaming up with brands and people (like Lilli!) to make nutrition and mental health information more accessible.
